Can you ship to my state/house?

Since cannabis has not been legalized at the federal level, we are unable to ship products. We hope to see you at one of our disepnsaries. 

What do I need to shop at a Local Roots?

Please bring a valid government issued photo, such as a drivers license or passport, to prove you are of age (21+).

Do you accept returns?

Local Roots will accept exchanges for defective vaporizer products up to thirty days after purchase.

How can I exchange a defective product?

A defective product must be returned/exchanged in person at our dispensary. Please email us at hello@localroots.cc and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Do you have my favorite product in-stock?

You can view our current selection of products at either one of our locations. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us at hello@localroots.cc and we’d be happy to help you.

Can I purchase in your store as a tourist, or do I need a Massachusetts ID?

If you have a valid government issued photo ID showing you are 21+, you can shop at any adult-use cannabis store in Massachusetts. However, federal law prohibits people from taking marijuana across state lines, so if you purchase marijuana at Local Roots, you must consume it in Massachusetts.

Do we store customer information? If so, what do you do with the info?

We are required to store certain customer information to ensure and prove compliance with State and Local rules and regulations. Customer information is private and secure. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

Can I shop with you if I have an LTC (License to Carry)?

Yes! Legally purchasing and consuming cannabis in Massachusetts will not effect your LTC.
